يمكنك حذف حسابك في ميديا سيل وبياناتك الشخصية في أي وقت بإحدى الطرق التالية:
- من التطبيق: حسابي ← حذف الحساب، ثم أكّد بكلمة المرور.
- من الموقع: سجّل الدخول، ثم حسابي ← حذف الحساب.
- بالمراسلة: أرسل طلب الحذف من بريدك المسجّل إلى info@media-sell.shop أو عبر واتساب +9647774504301، وسننفذه خلال 7 أيام.
ما الذي يُحذف؟
- الاسم، اسم المستخدم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف، كلمة المرور، ربط Google وApple وتيليجرام، والصورة الشخصية.
- رموز الدخول في التطبيق ورموز الإشعارات لكل أجهزتك.
ما الذي نحتفظ به؟
سجلات الطلبات والمدفوعات بدون أي بيانات تعريفية، لأغراض محاسبية وقانونية. الرصيد المتبقي في الحساب لا يمكن استرجاعه بعد الحذف، لذا ننصح باستخدامه أو التواصل معنا قبل الحذف.

What is deleted
- Your name, username, e-mail, phone number, password, Google/Apple/Telegram links and profile picture.
- All app sign-in sessions and push notification tokens of your devices.
What is kept
Order and payment records without any identifying data, for accounting and legal purposes. Any remaining balance cannot be recovered after deletion, so please use it or contact us first.
